John G. Tait – President & CEO
Mr. Tait brings significant experience in executive and director positions with public mineral exploration companies to White Pine. Mr. Tait is also the President and CEO of Superior Copper Corporation. He has served as COO of VG Gold Corp., as a director of Nighthawk Gold Corp., and as director and President of Southern Star Resources Inc., which merged with Exall Resources to form Gold Eagle Mines Ltd. Gold Eagle Mines Ltd. was purchased by Goldcorp Inc. for $1.5 billion in 2008. Prior to joining Southern Star Resources Inc., Mr. Tait acted as Secretary of Orcana Resources Limited from 1992 to 1997. Mr. Tait has over 20 years of experience in the mining exploration business.

Michael G. Leskovec, CPA, CA – CFO
Mr. Leskovec is a Chartered Accountant with over 13 years of financial experience within public practice and in the mining industry.  Mr. Leskovec is also the Chief Financial Officer of Nighthawk Gold Corp., a TSXV listed mineral exploration company, as well as the Financial Control Officer of Northfield Capital Corporation, a TSXV listed resource investment company. Mr. Leskovec served as Controller of Gold Eagle Mines Ltd., a TSX listed company involved in the development of the Bruce Channel deposit in Red Lake, Ontario, and which was sold to Goldcorp Inc. in September 2008 for $1.5 billion.

Robert Cudney – Non-Executive Chairman
President and Founder of Northfield Capital Corporation. Northfield Capital’s goal is to enhance the growth and development of its investment partners and to build long-term value for its shareholders. Northfield Capital plays an active role providing both human and capital resources to influence the strategic direction and operating orientation of its strategic investments. Mr. Cudney has also served as Co-Chairman of Gold Eagle Mines Ltd., a TSX listed company involved in the development of the Bruce Channel deposit in Red Lake, Ontario, and which was sold to Goldcorp Inc. in September 2008 for $1.5 billion. Mr. Cudney holds a B.A. from York University.

Thomas Pladsen
Mr. Pladsen has over 20 years experience in the exploration and mining industry. Mr. Pladsen, who received his Chartered Accountant designation with KPMG LLP in Toronto in the mid 1980’s, has since held various financial positions with TSX listed, TSXV listed and private mining and technology companies. Mr. Pladsen is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Atacama Pacific Gold Corporation, a TSXV listed mineral exploration company. He has served as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Katanga Mining Limited, Chief Financial Officer of Andina Minerals and Chief Financial Officer of Nighthawk Gold Corp. Mr. Pladsen has also consulted for a number of TSXV listed junior mining companies. Mr. Pladsen is a director of Anaconda Mining Inc., Nighthawk Gold Corp., Northfield Capital Corporation, EMP Mining Ventures Inc. and Colombia Crest Gold Corp.

Donald Rankin
Mr. Rankin attended the Haileybury School of Mines and holds a diploma in mining technology. Mr. Rankin also currently serves as a director of Newstrike Resources Ltd.

Michael Tait
Mr. Tait holds an MBA from the University of Toronto. He has served as Head of Canadian Equity Sales at UBS Securities Canada Inc. and was a partner at Genuity Capital Markets and has over 15 years of investment management experience, primarily in the mining industry. Mr. Tait is currently the Managing Partner of CoreGen Capital Partners, a core capital generation and advisory services services company for private enterprises; and the Executive Vice President and Director of Shop.ca, an online retail merchandise company.

Christopher Hodgson
Mr. Hodgson is the President of the Ontario Mining Association (OMA) and represents the association publicly. He is a member of the OMA’s Board of Directors and its Executive Committee and provides broad policy guidance to the OMA Chair. Mr. Hodgson joined the OMA following a distinguished career in government. He entered the Legislature following a by-election in 1994 and he won general elections in 1995 and 1999 representing the riding of Haliburton-Victoria-Brock. While in government, Chris served in several positions including Minister of Northern Development and Mines, Minister of Natural Resources, Chairman of Management Board and Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing.
